Introduction
An innovative industrial and logistics space
Royal London Asset Management is bringing forward proposals to redevelop the brownfield site of the former Coca-Cola facility at Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton.
The plans would replace the existing buildings with modern industrial and logistics space designed to be more energy efficient and better suited to today’s business needs.
